I love The Loft! And besides that Brooke's Sat morning community class is the bomb. I have chronic pain and feel so great stretching out all the right, tight places after her class. Also, Joe, who was working at the front desk, is fabulous!

My experiences at The Yoga Loft have been strengthening and challenging but also restorative and calming. I started with a month of yoga to try everything, which was a great way to see what your offerings are as well as to see what my yoga fitness level is. I will continue to take and enjoy classes there ☺️
