Every time I go to the yoga loft it is always a magnificent experience. I have taken my daughter for Megan Morris's classes for toddler yoga and I've been going to workshops there. Yesterday was hands-down my favorite workshop I attended. I absolutely love somatic yoga now and want to create my own home practice.

The atmosphere was really welcoming and everyone seemed to be part of a community. The facility was very clean and there was accessibility for people who had physical disabilities. Although I had never been there before everyone made me and my son feel welcome. I liked that there was an open structure to the class and multiple options for the kids and families to partake in. I had an overall wonderful experience and would love to go go another class.
