• It was refreshing to actually talk and have a conversation with my technician. If I go to other local salons, usually the workers with just chat with each other. Olivia and I talk throughout my whole appointment. Will definitely be returning and would refer anyone to get their nails done at The W Nail Bar.

• My gel mani/pedi was very relaxing and my nails look great! The no harsh chemical smell is definitely a plus, and the owner was even there to greet customers and ask how their experience was. I'm excited to go back for new colors and designs!

• Everything about the W experience is amazing, starting with the ability to schedule your appointment online. The space is beautiful and relaxing. I like that the lobby is divided from the rest of the salon, so no one is yelling to customers at the front desk while doing your pedicure. It's fun to choose what ingredients go into your water and there is a wide selection of polish colors. The copper tubs are an extra special touch. Both times I've been to W the technicians have been knowledgeable and friendly. Based on the location, atmosphere and quality of service, I would expect the prices to be high. But that is not the case, their services are very reasonably priced. W will be my go-to salon for pedicures.
