• I know it was a difficult day during a difficult time (5/31/2020) but I was dedicated to supporting Davina and the salon. I appreciated her personal outreach to me that morning that it was safe for me to come downtown (considering I live 40 minutes away) and if I didn't feel comfortable to let her know. It is this kind of personal attention I appreciate most from her, even though it didn't come from the salon itself . I noticed in the 1.5 hours I was there, there were only 2 of us. I would consider there were probably other people like me who were nervous, hesitant or anxious to approach the SN that Sunday morning. A suggestion moving forward would be to have personally called each booked client that morning and discussed with them about coming in. I had Davina, but not sure others have the same relationship. I love this salon and just wish it were closer to me. Thanks for a wonderful experience, despite the boarded windows :) Stay strong! We're all in this together.
