I think the coach had a lot to do with it. I was nervous to try for months. Held true to the rep of being the hardest class there is out there. Coach was kind and took it easy on new people，which was important for me personally. Even so, class was very humbling. Highly recommend for ex athletes or those who want to challenge themselves to the highest level.
