A great workout but beyond that, the instructor (Mike) and front desk staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. As someone taking this class for the first time, I've never felt more comfortable. Others taking the class were also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this class.

Many forms of cross training, kept it interesting. Partner workout made it go faster. Difficult - worth the time and money.
