The class was just hard enough to be difficult but not hard enough to be punishing! The space is great and the ambiance really helped get me in the zone. Plus there is a conveniently placed pillar that I can hide behind so nobody can see me struggling 💪🏼
First Pilates class ever. Enjoyed it very much. Studio is beautiful.
