It was my first time trying Pilates class and the instructor said as great and the class was challenging but the instructor helped with any questions I had and I really enjoyed it
Jessele is a fantastic instructor! Love the variety in her classes and they're always nice and challenging but can be easily modified if you're still new.
Ace was great, and she corrected my form and was also very friendly and encouraging.
Instructor is very kind & encouraging. it's a safe space to struggle in.
