Tamara (and all the instructors) are always so kind and accommodating of my growing baby bump with certain exercises. The vibe is so inclusive in this studio I can’t imagine going anywhere else! And my ass looks amazing, I feel like I owe it all to this place.. Bahah!
Every instructor I've taken classes from has always been so encouraging, kind, and helpful (when I'm struggling with form)! But overall, it's really everything about it as a whole. --The environment and the instructor's. I truly feel so refreshed + renewed after a class from The Studio and if I knew more people around my age who live in the area I would tell every single one of them to take a class because I'm certain they would love it too!
