This my first attempt in years to get back to moving. I am rusty and stiff-saying that my experience was great. I received excellent directions and made to feel I could accomplish getting my self back. I look forward to many more classes. Thank you
Had an amazing workout where I felt pushed but also felt like my instructor gave me the tools to be successful and not feel defeated.
Love when I get a class with hard moves that hit all the right areas & make me sore the next couple days!
