Was my first time the teacher was very nice and helpful and so were the people in the class
Very expensive but great Pilates instructors and classes! Every instructor that I have met so far have been amazing. It’s a safe and comfortable space. You get such a good workout and a lot of body to mind connection. Glad I’ve found this studio!
