I loved my experience at the studio. Coming off of my second baby it was really important for me to feel comfortable and I also had to work out at a very early hour. Lindsey was amazing and I loved every session. The programming left me feeling sore in all of the right places and it helped me regain confidence in myself and my ability on the reformer.
