Facility was clean and welcoming. Ace was a great instructor! I really appreciate her guidance. This was my first time doing palates on a table. I'm looking forward to working with Ace more. I'm on a quest with my physical and mental health. I'm going to be 50 next summer. It's my goal to keep my mind, body and spirit feeling healthy and feeling young well into my older age.
The instructors are really talented, the classes are fun and convenient, and doing Pilates at the studio while I was pregnant made me super strong for birth!
