As this was my first class I felt at ease with the instructor's personability and willingness to teach. The small class size was intimate enough to feel as if you were being seen without being seen. Clean environment, relaxing, and very approachable class. I am looking forward to my next lesson!
The Studio is always such a special place that pushes me physically and mentally and encourages me to be *in* my body. Lindsey's classes have an excellent flow and soundtrack!
