I just loved the studio space and the classes i attended ❤. i would love to go more but have a child and no family here so it is hard to get away but when i do get a chance i will go as often as possible...it is a fantastic touch to have a large waiting area as people can take a moment to themselves/or to chat before/after a class...hopefully you keep going on the same wavelength 👍

Everybody was very helpful as it was my first time and really nice personnel that work there.
The Yin yoga gave the left side of my body a much needed stretch especially my neck.
The concept of Yin yoga where we flow into a pose n keep that pose for a few minutes is very appealing to me.
Friendly staff. Good environment.
Great trainer.
Came out nice and sweaty.
