Very welcoming nice clean atmosphere! Classes are amazing as well as the staff :)
I love the smaller classes. Also because the classes are smaller the teachers can give some personal adjustment to postures.

Staff, location and time is perfect for me. Other than no reformer pilates at 6am I have no complaints. I do go everyday so if I miss one day or haves to make other arrangements to my gabled for just that one day I'm doing absolutely find :D

Love every class I go to but Sophie’s are my favourite.
She seems to have a unique ability to intuit the needs of her students.
Her description of poses in yin and yang are really helpful to my practice,
