The atmosphere was inviting. We were greeted and given a tour of the space. Shown where the equipment was that we needed for class. All the students were friendly. The class was challenging and offered a good workout.
Nicole is a great teacher and the space is great yoga studio.

I love it there but haven’t been for a long time. It’s always welcoming and clean. I would like to put in a request for evening restorative yoga and unheated sculpt if there are ever openings for new classes.
