The Space is like a home away from home. The atmosphere is calm,friendly,and welcoming;you instantly feel relaxed upon walking through door. The teachers are all lovely, and each offer something different. Kristen the owner is truly an amazing person and very gifted teacher. You can feel her energy the moment yr in the same room as her, and the same goes for her yoga studio. Not a negative comment comes to mind!
