• The staff was amazing my massage therapist Ellie she was incredible and everything was so clean. They had every amenity you could possibly think of they had bottled water. They had free snacks the Jacuzzi outside was so clean the refreshed towels everywhere you looked you didn't need a thing I used to go to the Mirabeau in Skaneateles. After going to the Tailwater Spa I will never go back there again. There is really no comparison.

• Was on my 1st wedding anniversary and everything at tailwater is always amazing plus I never been to a spa before. The spa was absolutely amazing and magically, definitely will be going again and maybe ill bring a friend
