• The whole experience is very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly right from the time of arrival up until we left. All areas were clean and well taken care of. Staff kept up on stocking the towels, the ice for the cold towels in the locker room and refilling humidifiers. When our wine and cheese board was brought out to the hot tub the staff gave out blankets because she was worried we'd be chilly. The wine and cheese board were yummy as well. We never felt rushed either. We were able to enjoy all the amenities for as long as we wanted. I got a massage from Ellie and she was incredible. She was very kind and did a wonderful job. Her room was tidy and she showed a lot of concern in making sure everything was to my liking, from the temperature of the heated blanket to making sure she hit all my trouble zones. It felt like she enjoys what she does and wasn't just going through the motions.
