• My appt was for 10:30, I got a call a few days prior to start at 10. Fine. On the phone I was told I could check in at 930. At 933 the door was locked. at 940 the door was locked. I walked around front and then down the halls to get it. Relaxation music was playing everywhere except the relaxation room, which I have heard it in there before. There were brown bananas on a table. The whole time I was there no else was there, I left at 11:15. So why the bother to change my appt, if 1030 was offered online that's what I choose. Don't offer it then. I love Tailwater spa I've been here several times but it just was a weird experience this time. However, Justin was amazing as always and the massage was perfect.

• Services at Tailwater from Housekeeping to the Front Desk to the Resturant to the Spa have always been exceptional. Very are always very happy to stay here.
