• Amazing staff, especially Alexis, she always goes above and beyond! Love some of the recent changes at the spa. Only negative was receiving a scrub in a non shower room, it is not the same experience as it is in a shower room, very disappointing, we love the spa and staff

• The services I received were high quality. I had the best massage ever from Justin. He did a consultation and the experience felt custom to me. It was a ten because of the services and because of the sweetest receptionists. I would recommend however, to put many signs indicating where there is talking allowed and where it is not. Being redirected by one of the managers to be quiet isn't my favorite way to find out that talking isn't allowed in a certain area.
