• It would have been a 10 had there not been the uncertainty if I'd end up owing $50 to 100 more. That made it less enjoyable. Irma was great!

• Mackenzie was awesome. Very nice very detailed. Took her time & always asked if I'm okay or if I needed a break. And the front desk receptionist was always so nice asking if I needed anything to drink, also talked me into buying a conditioner to go along with my shampoo and heat resistant products. Lol
