I have been attending aerial classes at Shiva Yoga Shala for 6 months and I love it! Molly and Stephanie are fantastic teachers and they make every class fun and challenging. The space is beautiful as well.

The instructor was terribly great, paying very close attention to everyone and walking around to make sure everyone got into their poses. The studio was beautiful and well taken care of. The entire attitude and atmosphere was welcoming and open. There was nothing negative that I could say about the experience. This was the second time I'd been to a class, although my first time at this particular class, and I loved both experiences.
