I have been taking from this studio for probably 8+ years on and off when I'm in the area. Giana, her Father, and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and intelligent with their poses and sequencing. In addition, they have a willingness to help you with a pose (to your body's ability) which really helps the student experience their body's potential, all while maintaining the embodiment of yoga.
