In Shala you feel like family, the owners Giana and Nick are always pleasant, the teachers make adaptations to the positions so that those who are Beginners do not feel separated from the more advanced ones, these different positions also help to prevent injuries by preparing the body for more advanced classes. The classes are varied so you can go every day and you will work on different positions on your body, which allows you to balance it.
