I chose the score of 10 for this visit because of Molly Powell. I walk into Molly's class and her tone of voice in how she greets her students, how she introduces the class, and how she offers her students mats and props immediately is calming before the class begins. She understands the nervous system and allows her students to settle in and start from a state of calmness. She has a way that easily allows the student to get to the place of letting go of their fears, anxiety, and stress. She gives her students security and freedom to explore, connect and learn happily and joyfully within their yoga practice.
