I like be the peaceful, spiritual atmosphere at ShivaYoga Shala. I’ve tried many other yoga studios and Shiba is the best. Also; the teachers are knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions.

The Shala has been a great experience for me. It’s helped in many aspects of realigning my body, mind, & spirit. As well as assisting me in working through trauma & grief. The loss of pounds and inches are a bonus! The owners & instructors are all outstanding and really care about the people who walk through their doors. They ensure we are practicing proper form and alignment of postures. I am so very thankful to have found this awesome community of caring people.
