I love that Shiva Yoga Shala teaches love and understanding for our bodies and for each other. I love Giana and Nick for teaching not just yoga but personal stories that help us key into what is good to do for someone else and for ourself. I love the community of yoga teachers for their kindness. I like the sense of family and support between everyone.

LOVE the heated flow classes here. It is so rare to find in this area. The teachers take special care in designing their classes (they are never the same) and involve elements of challenge and nurture. Tim’s classes are some of my favorite!

Because of the instructors and the fact that Shiva Yoga Shala has helped me so much with my flexibility, strength, balance and breathing. It has brought a calm to my daily life....which can sometimes be hectic. I am also learning to push the plate away for a healthier diet. I joined Shiva Yoga Shala with low-back pain, hip pain, and neck pain.... never realizing I could feel this good, due to the proper instruction of practicing yoga.
