I feel my instructor Laurie gave a beautiful class today....as she does every class. Laurie has a genuine, sincere heart which she pours over her classes. Her tone, phrasing, and instrution make the class so relaxing and invigorating at the same time. She truly is an asset to the Shiva Shala.
