Loved the idea of rainstick and the scent. The instructor voice was very gentle and nice, but I just found the background sound sometimes is a bit too loud ,for someone who has anxiety problem like me and I am the type of person, always have hard time to feel relaxed and fell asleep in a strange place, like on an airplane for exemple. So it could be just me😄
