Cordial, helpful, yet safe staff. The practice was just challenging enough and felt amazing. The studio is beautiful and set up for a safe practice. Loved it!

The studio was clean and welcoming and the teacher was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, her voice was soothing, and the sound bath at the end was amazing!

Giana is amazing. She not only practices yoga but lives yoga and it flows through her teachings. The conveniency through zoom and the price of a drop in is an added bonus.

Loved the studio - teachers are friendly. I need to try a few more classes to truly give a fair score though. I will leave a review online when I'm ready.
