I took Valerie's class, and really enjoyed it! I am a yoga instructor from Maryland and I am always so picky about who I take classes from. She was fabulous! I really enjoyed speaking with her afterwards too, and, when I move down here, I would like to come to the studio. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful space and true professionalism.

This was my first time at any yoga studio. Even with the pandemic going on I felt safe, very clean. I love the class.
