Valery was amazing for my second class. Love how she guides the poses. I could do my yoga practice with my eyes closed. She also reminded us of corrections breathing etc. I also appreciate the doors are locked once the class begins. Safety is so important, when trying to relax. My only suggestion, is that attention be given to the studio floor, there was a bit of sand around my mat. Thank You 🙏 Love Shiva Yoga Shala Studio ♥️
