It was an awesome class. Vicki is the best. For us new to yoga, it was nice that she took it slow. The exercises were not too difficult. Vicki's explanation of the poses was great. The speed of moving between poses was just right. And the best, I could do it from my home. Thank you.

I took Valerie's class, and really enjoyed it! I am a yoga instructor from Maryland and I am always so picky about who I take classes from. She was fabulous!
