Giana is very affirming. I am totally new to yoga but I feel that I was led to the right place in The Shiva Yoga Shala. It seems so much more than physical activity. Giana communicates peace of mind, body, and spirit to her clients/students. I am very hopeful of the possibilities of what yoga has for me in the future.

The instruction is clear and rich with reference to the body parts engaged. I was guided into a deeper space - for my body - at that time. After the class, my body felt invigorated and alive, but not in pain. There was a true opening of my body.
