I have only taken two classes so far but already I can tell SYS is different from other studios in town. There is more variety in the class offerings which I really like. The two teachers I have had were both fantastic. I like the atmosphere. My intuition before I came to my first class was that this studio was what I needed to help me deepen and broaden my yoga practice. I am even more certain of that now.
