Your studio/staff was very welcoming, made me feel comfortable, and the classes were excellent!! Both Giana and Val taught to the abilities of their students (suggested alternatives when poses weren't reachable), their voices and tone were soothing, and the flow of the classes was exactly what I was looking for! I'm so happy I found your studio 🙏🏻☺️
