Your studio/staff was very welcoming, made me feel comfortable, and the classes were excellent!! Both Giana and Val taught to the abilities of their students (suggested alternatives when poses weren't reachable), their voices and tone were soothing, and the flow of the classes was exactly what I was looking for! I'm so happy I found your studio 🙏🏻☺️

Because it is a place of peace and joy. What Nick and Giana have created is a gift to us all. The teachers are masterful. I am almost five years with them. I am grateful beyond words for what they have taught me. Their support and love has no limits. 🙏Namaste
