• Reanna listened to all my concerns, answered my questions, and pointed out products in the store that would target my skin issues (I ended up purchasing an exfoliant she recommended) During my facial, I almost fell asleep because it was that relaxing haha. My skin was glowing afterwards and it felt so hydrated and fresh. I plan on returning and requesting Reanna again. She is very professional but also knows how to relate to clients and hold a conversation

• The environment. I enjoy hugely that it is an educating/training salon as I am a huge advocate of pursuing and encouraging one’s education/career. Nice to get a glimpse of future hair stylists, nail manicurists, facial experts, etc. Thank you.

• Inexpensive, good service, with friendly students and educators! I felt very taken care of, and even appreciated it when the educator came in and corrected the student on my haircut, and gave her some tips on how to improve. I appreciated being part of the learning experience.
