I have been in the hair industry for 26yrs, and an educator for the last 15yrs. When I visit somewhere new first impressions are everything. I base my review on a few main things. 1. Did anyone greet me when I walked in? Unfortunately, no, I actually stood at the reception desk for a few mins while 3 stylists and a receptionist continued their conversations. Finally, I was greeted by an instructor and my son was checked in. 2. Did the service provider conduct a professional informative consultation? Yes 3. Was the stylist professional, and accommodating? Yes to both. There was professional conversation, and engagement. 4. Was the service performed in a timely manner? Yes 5. Was the guest happy with end result? Yes. 6. Did the stylist recommend retail products and home care for maintenance? To be honest, I'm not sure, I was not present.Maddox S.

Everyone--students and faculty--are very conscientious about the customer having an amazing experience. I had my first pedicure, which was a very nice experience. I'm picky about the type of touch my feet receive, and the student was amazing. I've always had great experiences with my hair as well, and for the price, the service is outstanding!Tammy S.
