  • Our massage therapists were incredible and the new space is amazing! Unfortunately, we had an experience where a receptionist made a member of our party feel uncomfortable by addressing their preference on the therapists gender, ALOUD, in front of other customers. This was an embarrassing incident, and I look forward to experiencing more discretion in the future. Other than this incident, our experience was incredibly relaxing.
