• When I came in for a massage my back was beyond tight and my neck was limited in movement. When I left my mobility,range of movement were so much better and my pain was really nonexistent. I did not realize just how tight I was and for how long I was like that till after the massage and had a chance to experience what it felt like to without that stiffness and discomfort.
