I liked the vibe. I got a really good workout and was welcomed by the teacher and many of the participants. Everyone was so helpful and kind.
I'm returning to the gym after surgery. The coaches are helping me modify my moves while keeping Lenovo bf with the class while still easing back into the gym life at a pace my body will allow. The sense of community here keeps me coming back.
