It was my first time trying a spin class and it was really fun! The music was great, the energy was great, and the workout overall was killer. The instructor was friendly and encouraging. Can't wait to come back and try another class!
The coaches are amazing. They are so motivating and knowledgeable. They have different options depending on your fitness level or flexibility.
