Even though it was my first ride, I felt encouraged to try to keep up, but not embarrassed that I wasn't keeping up. Everyone was helpful in getting set up, and of course the session was fun!
Instructor took the time to switch up my bike for a better and more comfortable ride. She cares!
Wonderful environment and the coaches are super welcome and encouraging! I also appreciate how both Jenny and Stephanie show modification that help build to the end goal (I do the reformers classes)
