Cristin's class is so great to start my day! She has great music and is so encouraging. It's been so great being it her class while being a new rider and sometimes being unsure of the choreography, she breaks it down and helps us get it!
It was a great class and an amazing workout. The only problem is getting into the classes.
PWR house is not only my gym, but my home, my church, my sanctuary. This place has brought me to my knees and has also provided me with the support of so many women & men who uplift you and genuinely want to see you be great. The community that you find here at PWR house is unmatched.
Being a member of PWR house is becoming a family member for life as long as you want the love. I wouldn't trade my gym for anything! This house is the only place I can run to when I know I need to do some big self reflecting & be encouraged by my coaches that I'm never alone in my journey.
