I have done spin for a couple years but I love that I was challenged and felt so welcomed I can see myself grow at the pwr house
The coaches!!! There are lots of gym options to choose from, and even some that offer great classes like yours, but what makes The PWRHOUSE so much better than all of them are your coaches. I was fortunate enough to take classes with 2 different coaches and each of them welcomed me in and made me feel like they really wanted me to be there. They were willing to help me (I'm not in great shape anymore and I have an injury) and did so without making me feel ashamed or embarrassed in any way. I could tell that they both, as well as many of my classmates, wanted to see me succeed. In summary, I'll be back.
I always love my classes at the PWRHouse and with Coach Stephanie. She’s tough, and says it like it is, she’s not there to coddle you, but she’ll give you abs, a booty, and you’ll leave feeling empowered it you’re ready to work you ass off.
My physical limits are pushed just enough to make me think for a second that I'm crazy for doing it, but the encouragement and positive reinforcement help me realize that it's okay to push myself and work towards my goals. Thank you!!!
