the classes here, whether it’s spin or strength, is completely unmatched to anything i have ever seen before. i was an athlete for over half my life and was always looking for that push to my limits that you just don’t quite hit in the gym, but i found it at PWR house!
First time ever doing spin. It was fun, kicked my butt. Really enjoyed it.
It's a great way to end 2023 and an even better way to start 2024!
