PWR house is not only my gym, but my home, my church, my sanctuary. This place has brought me to my knees and has also provided me with the support of so many women & men who uplift you and genuinely want to see you be great. The community that you find here at PWR house is unmatched.
Being a member of PWR house is becoming a family member for life as long as you want the love. I wouldn't trade my gym for anything! This house is the only place I can run to when I know I need to do some big self reflecting & be encouraged by my coaches that I'm never alone in my journey.

Music and environment is great but choreography is too complicated
Every workout with Coach Stephanie is filled with challenging exercises, positivity and encouragement to push through to the end. I walk away tired and happy every time, knowing I succeeded in a way I wouldn't have done on my own.
